Delicious and soft buttery garlic parmesan bites dipped in the BEST alfredo sauce!

Ingredients
Dough
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
Topping
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- ¼ cup parmesan
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Alfredo Dip
- ½ cup butter
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup gated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a stand mixer using the dough hook, add the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow the yeast to proof for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour and salt then mix until the dough forms into a ball. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough out into a large square about ½ inch thick. Cut the dough into 1-inch squares. A pizza cutter worked great!
- Place the squares onto a greased baking sheet. Allow to rise for another 10 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Combine the parmesan cheese and garlic salt in a small bowl.
- While the bites bake, make the alfredo sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes to thicken.
- As soon as they come out of the oven, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the parmesan and garlic salt mixture.
- Serve the alfredo sauce warm with the bites!
