Make a simple and healthy peanut butter and yogurt apple dip!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl with the whisk or a fork. Mix until the dip is smooth and fluffy.
- Serve the dip with apple slices or any kind of fresh fruit.
