Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

This thick and creamy smoothie recipe is protein packed and made with sweet apples, creamy peanut butter, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 apple (cored and quartered)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (can swap with coconut milk if you wish)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seed (whole or ground)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 coop ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Serve with additional melted peanut butter if you wish.
