Ingredients
- 4 very ripe bananas peeled
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter divided
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1.25 cup chocolate chips divided

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan before lining the bottom with a piece of parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
- Cream eggs, butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl on medium speed.
- Add mashed bananas, ¼ cup peanut butter, and vanilla to butter mixture and continue to mix on medium.
- In a separate bowl combine the baking soda, baking powder,salt, and flour. Whisk together with a fork.
- Slowly add the flour to the batter continuing to mix.
- Add 1 cup of chocolate chips, and walnuts to batter stirring until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes at 350°F or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before removing the banana bread from the pan.
- In the microwave melt ¼ cup chocolate chips in a small bowl 15 seconds at a time until the consistency is pourable.

- Drizzle banana bread with the peanut butter and chocolate.
- Slice and serve.
