Peanut Fritos Bars

Peanut Fritos Bars are sweet and salty with crunchy Frito chips, salted peanuts, and creamy peanut butter in easy no-bake dessert squares.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 9 1/4 ounces Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts , roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with vegetable oil spray.
  2. To a medium saucepan add the peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar on medium heat.
  3. Mix well until just dissolved, then remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl mix Fritos, salted peanuts, and peanut butter mixture.
  5. Gently press mixture into baking pan.
  6. Cool completely, about two hours, before slicing.
