Peanut Sauce Recipe

This easy, creamy peanut sauce recipe is perfect for salads, stirfrys, on noodles, and everything in between.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. spicy sesame oil
- juice of half a lime juice
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. tamari
- 1- inch knob of ginger grated
- 2 cloves of garlic grated
- 1 tbsp. sambal chili paste
Instructions
- Simply add all your ingredients into a jar and shake till well combined. You may need to use a fork to stir and smoothen the peanut butter.
Notes
- You can also use a hand blender to better combine and incorporate the ingredients.
- I suggest doubling or tripling the recipe to have throughout the week with salad rolls, roasted veggies and salads.
- The Peanut Sauce will last up to 1 week in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
