  • 1 cup milk almond, coconut, cow
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 small pear cored and diced
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • dash - 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon to blend and another dash for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add ice if you would like.

Notes

  • For a dairy free smoothie use oat, almond or coconut milk.
