Ingredients

  • gluten-free penne pasta 8-ounce box
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted red pepper sauce creamy, warmed, link in post
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomato sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup basil fresh, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
  2. Toss warm pasta with 1 cup of roasted red pepper sauce, toss well. Add more sauce as needed.
  3. Top pasta with feta, tomatoes, and basil. Serve at once.
