Ingredients
- 1-2 leeves Graham crackers
- 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 1/2 cup peppermint candies crushed
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Set a large baking sheet aside and line it with parchment paper or foil.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time. Snap the graham crackers in half and set aside.
- Place one graham cracker in the white chocolate and flip around with two forks. Lift the cracker out and scrape any chocolate that's dripping off. Place on the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy all over top. Repeat with the rest of the crackers until no more chocolate is left.
- Set in the fridge for 10 minutes. Once hardened, set out and melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl 30 seconds at a time while stirring in between. Using two forks, slightly dip the bottom of the graham cracker into the milk chocolate and lift it back up with the forks. Set on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest.
- Once done, place back in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Once hardened, serve and enjoy!!
Notes
- For the best flavor and texture, look for high quality chocolate brands like Ghirardelli, Lindt, or Callebaut.
- Don't go overboard with the peppermint. Too much peppermint can overpower the chocolate and make the crackers too sweet.
- Once you've melted the chocolate, it's essential to work quickly before it starts to harden. Have your graham crackers and peppermint candies ready to go so you can dip and sprinkle them efficiently.
- The two-fork method is my go-to for dipping these crackers. It allows you to easily shake off excess chocolate and create a smooth, even coating. Just be sure to gently tap the fork on the bowl's side to remove any drips.
