Peppermint Bark Pretzels are sweet, salty, crunchy, and perfectly on-theme for the holidays. Three ingredients and a few minutes is all you need to make these fun, snack-able chocolate covered pretzels.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 50 small pretzels (approximately)
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candy buy it here.
Instructions
- Line a couple of large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate either using a double boiler, or in the microwave. I use a microwave safe container and microwave the chocolate for 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. A container that is deeper than it is wide will be useful for coating the pretzels.
- When the chocolate is melted, carefully dip each pretzel in the melted chocolate to fully cover it. I used a fork to dip the pretzels in the chocolate and then lift them up. Let the excess chocolate drip off the pretzels.
- Place the chocolate coated pretzels on the lined baking sheets, stopping after you've done 5 or 10 to sprinkle some of the crushed peppermint candies on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Continue until you've used up all your chocolate. You may need to briefly re-melt your chocolate once while you work depending on how quickly you go. I put mine back in the microwave for another 20 seconds one time.
- Allow the pretzels to fully set up before moving or packaging.
