Creamy and delicious homemade Peppermint Ice Cream is the perfect Christmas dessert to make and enjoy this holiday season!

Ingredients
- 4 oz containers egg product (such as Egg Beaters)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 30 peppermint candies crushed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (besides candies) in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour and up to 24 hours.
- Using an ice cream maker, prepare ice cream according to manufacture’s direction, adding crushed candies during the last 5 minutes.
- Pour ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Freeze until set.
