Peppermint Swirl Fudge

Quick and easy peppermint fudge that doesn't require a thermometer and looks beautiful for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces white baking chips
  • 1 (16-ounce) can vanilla frosting
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 drops Red food coloring
  • ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies, plus 1 tablespoon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the white baking chips over medium-low heat and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract, vanilla frosting, and 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies.
  4. Spread the fudge into the prepared pan evenly. Drop the red food coloring randomly on the top of the fudge and swirl with a knife.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour or until set. Cut into squares.
