This easy one-pan recipe for Philly cheesesteak sloppy joes features ground beef, bell peppers, and provolone cheese stuffed into a soft bun. Crazy good!

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 large bell pepper green, yellow or red peppers
- 1 large yellow onion
- 6 oz Provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper adjust to taste
- 6 Buns
Instructions
- Dice the onion and bell peppers into small cubes. Set them aside.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add bell pepper and onion to the mix, sautéing them on medium-high until they soften.
- Top off the beef mixture with cheese and cover the skillet with a lid. Remove the filling from heat and give the cheese a few minutes to allow it to melt.
- Stuff each bun with a generous amount of filling.
- Wrap the Philly cheesesteak sloppy joes in a parchment paper wrapper to keep the filling inside. Enjoy immediately!
