Pineapple Spritzers are sweet, refreshing summer mocktails that are perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 2 c. citrus sparkling water
- ½ c. lemon simple syrup
- 4 pineapple wedges for garnish
- 8 Maraschino cherries for garnish
Lemon Simple Syrup
- ½ c. granulated sugar
- ½ c. water
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- For simple syrup:
- Combine 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water in small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
- Squeeze in juice of 1 lemon; cool in pan.
- For spritzers:
- In a small pitcher, combine pineapple juice, sparkling water, and lemon simple syrup.
- Mix.
- Pour into 4 glasses, add ice, and garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries.
