Romige pistache ijsjes van volwaardige, voedzame ingrediënten: avocado, banaan, pistache noten en pistache pasta. Makkelijk en snel te maken.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- ½ tl Keltisch zeezout
- ½ banaan
- 6 el pistachepasta
- 4 handjes pistache nootjes gepeld
- 4 limoenen sap van
- 3 el ahornsiroop
Instructions
- Pers de limoenen.
- Meng de avocado met het limoensap, de halve banaan, de maple syrup, de pistachepasta en het zout.
- Hak de pistachenootjes. Meng met de rest.
- Vul de vormpjes en zet minimaal 3 uur in de vriezer.
