Craving a fun, protein-packed lunch that's both delicious and easy to make? These high protein Pizza Dip Lunchables are the perfect way to enjoy the flavors of pizza in a portable, snackable form.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. cottage cheese I used low-fat good culture
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (56g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt & black pepper a pinch or to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce (240g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (112g)
- 20 lices turkey pepperoni I used Applegate
- crushed red pepper flakes optional
For serving:
- 4 mini naan, naan dippers or pita bread (cut into small triangles)
- Side salad, carrots, or sweet baby peppers optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread triangles on a baking sheet. Add a little olive oil or cooking spray, toss with the bread and spread out. Also, place four oven-safe dishes on the baking sheet.
- Add cottage cheese to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the grated parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Divide cottage cheese mixture evenly amongst the four dishes for the first layer. Smooth the top.
- For the next layer, spoon 1/4 cup marinara sauce into each. Then top each with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella and 5 pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with toasted bread + extra parmesan if desired and enjoy!
