- 4 Puff pastry sheets thawed
- 10 tbsp tomato puree
- ½ tbsp oregano
- 4 anchovies chopped (optional – add a little salt to your sauce if not using anchovies)
- 150 gms – 5.3 oz. mozzarella shredded
- Milk to brush
