Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball (16 ounces)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 6 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese about 1½ cups
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 2 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375˚F
- Spread the pizza dough into a large thin rectangle about 12 inches long and 8-9 inches wide. Spread the olive oil from edge to edge over the dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Cover the crust with mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the parmesan over the mozzarella. Lay the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
- Start at one side and tightly roll the crust up into a log. Press the edges of the dough together to seal the log. Then use a serrated knife to cut it into twelve 1 inch slices.
- Lay each roll flat on a baking sheet with about 2 inches in between each one. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the centers are cooked through.
- Warm marinara sauce and serve the Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls warm with sauce for dipping.
