Prosciutto Mellon and Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients

  • 12 skewers
  • 12 bite size pieces of melon
  • 6 slices of Prosciutto sliced lengthwise and rolled
  • 12 mini mozzarella balls
  • 12 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut melon to bite-size pieces and set to the side. Place a single piece of prosciutto on a cutting board. Slice lengthwise and roll prosciutto to bite-size pieces.
  2. Place Mellon on the skewer followed by mozzarella fresh basil and rolled prosciutto. Repeat until you've made 12 skewers. Enjoy immediately!
