This recipe starts by mixing mayonnaise with black olive tapenade to create a savory spread that flavors the bread. Whole grain bread slices are brushed on one side with olive oil and spread on the other side with the olive mayonnaise mixture. Prosciutto, mozzarella, and blue cheese are layered on two slices, drizzled with honey, then topped with the remaining bread slices, oiled side facing out.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix this mayonnaise and black olive tapenade.
- Heat a panini grill and brush the oil over one side of each of the slices of bread.
- Turn the bread slices over and spread on the olive mayonnaise. Divide the prosciutto, mozzarella, and blue cheese between 2 slices of bread. Drizzle the honey over top and then close the sandwiches with the remaining bread oiled side facing up.
- Grill the paninis for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the cheese has melted. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve right away.
