• 200 gms – 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 tbsp finely desiccated coconut
• ½ tbsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

• 40 gms – 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
• 2 eggs
• 75 gms – ¾ cup pumpkin purée
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 60 ml – ¼ cup coconut cream

• icing sugar to taste
