Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter diced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
For the filling:
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 2 tablespoons beaten egg or egg white for brushing the dough edges.
For the glaze:
