This Quick Jelly Donut Recipe is so easy and delicious! Takes 5 minutes from start to finish and the results are wonderful. Perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits 8 ct.
- 1 Cup jelly any flavor
- oil for frying
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat
- Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces
- Roll the pieces with your hands in the shape of a ball
- Fry the donuts in batches until browned on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side
- Drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels
- Fill the injector with jelly. Use a spoon if no injector is available
- Using the tip of a knife, make a small hole on the donut. Insert the jelly filled injector or a spoon and fill them up
- Dust with powdered sugar (optional)
- Enjoy
