Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¼ cup Garlic butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil cut in ⅛-inch julienne strips
  • 8 ounces lobster meat cut in ½-inch chunks, drained
  • 1 cup cheese shredded mozzarela

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  4. Lay pizza dough in pan, stretching it to fit the bottom.
  5. Brush the dough with garlic butter from edge to edge.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle tomatoes evenly over Parmesan cheese.
  8. Sprinkle basil strips evenly over the diced tomatoes. Evenly distribute lobster chunks over tomatoes.
  9. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the diced tomatoes.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  11. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is baked and cheese begins to brown.
  12. Squeeze fresh lemon over pizza for extra flavor and serve.
  13. Remove from pan and slice.
  14. Or slice in pan.
  15. Into 12 pieces.
  16. Serve immediately.
  17. Enjoy every bite.
