- 1 9” refrigerated pie crust thawed per package directions
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Roll out your pie crust and place in a pie plate, flute the edges if desired.
- In a medium bowl beat together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined.
- Add in egg, vanilla and salt and beat until combined.
- Next, add in the flour and mix until incorporated.
- Fold in your Reese’s pieces and peanut butter cups and press mixture into prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the center is just set, remove from the oven and cool.
- Top with ice cream and chocolate syrup if desired.
