Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Lemon , juiced and zested
  • 1 fresh lime , juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shallot , minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the 1 fresh lemon, zested and juiced, 1 fresh lime zested and juiced, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt.
  2. Using an immersion blender or while whisking, slowly and vigorously pour in the 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil so it emulsifies.
  3. Stir in the minced 1/4 cup shallot.
  4. Use as a marinade, on grilled veggies or your favorite salad.
