  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, scallions, parsley, garlic, paprika, hot sauce, and black pepper until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
  3. Take it out of the fridge a few minutes prior to serving, stir well, and, if you like, top with a little bit of extra paprika.
