Ingredients
For the Rice Porridge:
- 200 g jasmine rice
- 1.5 l vegetable broth
- 2 garlics chopped
- A small piece of chopped ginger
- 2 spring onions
- 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- salt & pepper
For the Meatballs:
- 400 g Of minced pork
- 1 chopped garlic
- A small piece of chopped ginger
- 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- For the pork meatballs, add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.
- Form into balls (just 1/2 inch in diameter, approximately) and store in the refrigerator.
- Place the rice in a pot; add enough water to cover the rice. Shake the water in the pot to rinse the rice and drain.
- Repeat the rinsing process until the rice water is clean, about 6 to 8 times. Add 3 cups of water to the drained rice in the pot with a lid and cook the rice for 12 min.
- Meanwhile in another pot, put the broth to heat.
- When the broth is hot (it should not boil), add the pork meatballs, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Let the meatballs cook in the broth for about 4 minutes.
- At this point you can add the rice to the broth with the meatballs and arrange with salt.
- Let it cook together for about 10 minutes or longer if you prefer a creamier consistency.
- Our rice porridge is ready, decorate the dish with spring onions and a sprinkling of black pepper.
