Ingredients

  • 8 oz seafood of your choice crab, shrimp, etc.
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup green onion plus more for serving, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Stir together the seafood, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, green onions, and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a bowl.
  3. Evenly spread the crab mixture into the baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling and the cheese melts. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese begins to brown.
  5. Top with more green onions. Serve immediately.
