  • ¼ cup (1 ¼ oz/35 g) plus 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup (1 ¼ oz/35 g) plus 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup (1 ¼ oz/35 g) plus 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ cups (12 fl oz/360 ml) lukewarm water
