Sesame Noodles

Sesame Noodles are ramen noodles coated in a savory sauce made from low-sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chili garlic sauce, and peanut butter. Garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts, the dish offers a flavorful, slightly spicy, and nutty noodle salad served at room temperature or warm.

Description

For Sesame Noodles, ramen noodles are cooked according to package instructions and drained. Meanwhile, a sauce is prepared by whisking together soy sauces, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic and ginger, chili garlic sauce, and peanut butter.

The hot noodles are tossed immediately with the sauce to absorb the flavors. The dish is garnished with chopped green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts that provide extra texture and aroma.

This preparation works well as a side dish or a light main, with the combination of tangy, salty, spicy, and nutty elements making the noodles distinctive. The recipe can be served right away and leftovers last refrigerated for several days.
