Shrimp with Snow Peas - super light and healthy recipe that takes 15 mins to make, and so delicious!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Shrimp
- 3 oz (85g) Snow peas
- ome canned straw mushrooms or button mushrooms, optional
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 5 lices ginger peeled
Sauce:
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine Shaoxing wine or rice wine
- 2 dashes white pepper powder
Instructions
- Heat a wok over high heat and add the cooking oil. Add the sliced ginger and stir-fry until aromatic, then add the shrimp.
- Toss the wok a few times or stir-fry the shrimp briefly before adding the snow peas.
- Add the sauce to the wok and stir quickly to coat the shrimp and snow peas evenly.
- As soon as the shrimp are cooked, dish out and serve immediately.
