Ingredients
- 14 ounces shredded coleslaw mix
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup minced green onion
Lime Dressing
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1-3 tablespoons honey to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Toss together the salad ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a lidded jar and shake until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
