  • 8 oz breakfast sausage browned and crumbled
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 8 oz Velveeta cubed
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large slow cooker, add sausage, broccoli, carrots, velveeta, beef stock, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  3. When soup is melted and creamy, add cheddar cheese.
  4. Top with fresh cracked pepper and serve immediately.
