Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry ranch mix
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 stick of butter

Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker
- Sprinkel with ranch mix.
- Pour broth over.
- Top with stick of butter.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
- You can thicken the sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water. Stir into the crock pot. Cook uncovered until thickened.
