Slow Cooker Ribs Recipe
Report
Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs that are fall off the bone tender made with a homemade rub and easy tangy bbq sauce. Cook in the crockpot all year long!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rib dry rub , recipe below
- 2 whole racks baby back ribs
- 2 cups BBQ sauce , (recipe below or store-bought)
Instructions
- Rub the dry rub all over the front and back of the ribs.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours (I do 7) or high for 4 hours.
- While the ribs are cooking make your bbq sauce.
- Remove from the slow cooker, place racks onto baking sheet, brush with bbq sauce and broil in your oven for 1-2 minutes until caramelized on the top rack then serve with additional bbq sauce.
Notes
- Homemade Barbecue Sauce
- Add all the bbq sauce ingredients into a saucepan and whisk until combined. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 45 minutes.
- Best Ever Ribs Dry Rub:
- Mix all the ingredients together, rub all over the pork on both sides once the membrane has been removed.?
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
