Slow Cooker Rice Pudding Ingredients:
- 500 g risotto rice
- 2400 ml whole milk
- 300 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 Tsp vanilla extract
- strawberry jam optional

Instructions
- Dump ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Slow cook on high for 5 hours, giving the rice pudding a stir every 45 minutes.
- Serve with jam.
Notes
- Quantity. This slow cooker rice pudding made a LOT. Because we had also made a big batch for the instant pot, the kids and hubby ate this over 3 days. If you want less than half this recipe.
- Fridge. Note that we stored our rice pudding in the fridge overnight before taking the photos and the rice pudding had thickened. If your rice pudding gets too thick just add in extra milk and stir it.
