This Strawberry Smoothie with Yogurt is deliciously thick and creamy. Not only is it yummy, but also healthy and so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed ice or ice cubes
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups fresh strawberries - hulled - SEE NOTE 1 for frozen strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt -SEE NOTE 2
- 2 tablespoons sugar - optional and adjustable

Instructions
- In a blender, put together ice and milk first. Pulse several times to crush the ice.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and keep on pulsing until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
- NOTE 1 : If using frozen strawberries, skip the ice and add a cup of water or milk.
- NOTE 2 : If you do not like the tartness that the yogurt adds, you can use heavy cream or add a ripe banana.
