Snowflake Martini can give your holiday table a winter wonderland look with coconut flakes and sparkling sugar crystals on top.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. white chocolate liqueur
- 2 oz. Captain Morgan
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or creamy coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
- 1 Lemon wedge for the rim
- 1/4 cup white sanding sugar for the rim
- 1/4 cup finely shredded coconut flakes for the rim
Instructions
- In a flat shallow bowl mix the shredded coconut and sanding sugar.
- Use the lemon wedge, to run it around the rim of the glass to wet it. After that, dip it in the sanding sugar mixture until the rim is coated.
- Combine white chocolate liqueur with Captain Morgan and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake very well until cooled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve. Double or triple the recipe if you want.
