Soup Maker Slimming World Curry Sauce

Slimming World Curry Sauce. This delicious Slimming World creamy curry sauce is the perfect syn free sauce for everything. Keep it Indian, make it Chinese, make it Thai, you decide. Its easy to make in your soup maker and freezes well too.

Slimming World Curry Sauce Ingredients:

  • 250 g carrots
  • 600 g butternut squash
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Puree
  • 1 Tsp garam masala
  • 1 Tsp curry powder
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice your butternut squash, onion and carrots.
  2. Load into the soup maker with all the seasonings and 300ml of warm water. Place the lid on your soup maker and cook for 28-30 minutes.
  3. Blend your sauce once the soup maker beeps. Remove the lid add in any extra seasoning if required.
  4. Give it a good stir and serve over your favourite food or use it as an alternative to a jar of curry sauce.

Notes

  • Quantity. This curry sauce made enough to fill a large jug. Once bulked up with vegetables or meat into a curry, it will easily feed 6 people.
  • Swaps. Mix and match whichever curry you want to make. Swap the curry powder for a flavoured curry powder.
  • Freezer. Load into freezer containers once cool. Then freeze for up to 3 months. You can also freeze your leftover curry that you have made with the sauce.
