Instructions

Passion Tea Concentrate

  1. Place tea bags (snip paper tags off if desired), mint sprigs into water in pot. Bring to slow simmer, remove from heat, cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint from water with slotted spoon or sieve and stir in vanilla if using.
  2. Allow to cool, then pour through funnel into bottle and store in fridge until ready to use.

Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade

  1. Pour passion tea concentrate, cold water, lemon or limeade and a few ice cubes in a large mason jar or cocktail shaker). Place ice in desired glass(es). Shake, shake, shake it up!! Pour over ice into tall glass, enjoy! Garnish with lemon and mint if desired.
  2. SUGAR FREE REFRESHER | Omit lemonade/limeade and if desired add a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon and a couple tabs of Stevia

Notes

  • Adjust the Passion tea concentrate up or down depending on how tart you like it. I like mine pretty tart, so lean more towards 5 ounces of concentrate and a splash of water and lemonade.
  • Make up a pitcher for a crowd. Also great as a refreshing aqua de Jamaica, pour in a splash of Passion tea concentrate and cold water and ice, mix and enjoy.
  • Add a shot of vodka or rum to the refresher for spiked drink, or replace cold water with sparkling seltzer water for a light/skinny cocktail.
