Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Try your ordinary steak with Argentine Chimichurri sauce. So simple and refreshing, it will become your favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 cup tightly packed parsley leaves
- 2 tbsp finely chopped oregano or 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 medium onion finely minced
- 3-4 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 -1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- Choice of your beef steaks
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl combine parsley, oregano, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, chili flakes and salt; mix wel. Set aside for the flavor to mingle.
- Heat up the grill until it is very hot. Season your steak with salt and pepper generously. Grill to your desired done-ness. Medium is preferred.
- Serve with chimuchurri sauce.
