Ingredients
- 1 medium head green cabbage about 2 pounds
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Remove the tough outer leaves from the cabbage, quarter it, and remove the core. Then, slice each quarter into 1-inch wide strips.
