Strawberries and Cream Angel Food Cake - a sweet and delicious dessert filled with a creamy layer and topped with strawberries. It's so simple and so delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix and ingredients listed on back
- angel food cake pan
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 1 box white chocolate pudding or vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pint strawberries half chopped up and the other half left whole
Instructions
- Make Angel Food Cake as directed on box. Let cool and cut in half. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half the mixture onto the first layer of Angel food cake. Add the top of the cake and add the rest of the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Right before serving, place chopped strawberries and whole strawberries on top. ENJOY!
