- 1 black tea bag
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup boba tapioca pearls
- 1/2 cup milk
- ice

Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot. Add the tea bag, cover the pot, and leave the tea for steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let it cool to room temperature. Then chill it in the fridge.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add strawberries, sugar, and water. Cook until the strawberries become mushy, stirring occasionally.
- Use a fork to mash the strawberries completely. Continue to cook and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve. Set aside.
- According to the package instructions, make the boba. Remove the boba from the pot using a slotted spoon and let it cool to room temperature. Stir the boba into the strawberry syrup so that they won’t stick together.
- In a tall glass, add ice, then add half of the strawberry boba.
- Pour half of the chilled tea and milk. Stir everything together. Repeat with the rest. Serve and enjoy!
