Instructions

  1. Grind one 2 ounce bag of freeze dried strawberries in food processor. Mix together with the powdered milk. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat in a wok or deep sided pan. Add the marshmallows and using a rubber spatula, mix until melted and smooth.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the powdered milk mixture and stir again to incorporate.
  4. Add the other two 2 ounce bags of freeze dried strawberries (whole or pieces), nuts and cookies.
  5. Wearing rubber gloves sprayed with cooking oil, mix everything together using your hands, folding and folding the mixture while still warm. ***Be careful and test to see if it's still too hot when tossing with gloved hands, don't hurt yourself!
  6. Press mixture into a non-stick pan, making it into a square with your hands. I prefer using a 8x8" pan, but you can use a 9x13" and just press mixture into a square shape. Let cool.
  7. Remove from pan and slice into 6 long pieces. Cut each piece into 6 more pieces. Makes 36 total.
