Summertime Tomato Sandwich

This summertime tomato sandwich is packed full of fresh summer tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise, fresh cracked pepper and a sprinkling of kosher salt.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 lices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 Tomato slices
  • kosher salt taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast sourdough bread and spread one side of each slice with mayonnaise.
  2. Add tomato slices to the mayonnaise side of one piece of the bread, sprinkle with desired amount of kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Top with other slice of prepared bread and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can use more or less mayonnaise depending on your love of mayonnaise.
