Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Continue to cook, stirring often, until reduced and slightly thickened, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and use right away or store in the refrigerator until needed.
Notes
- The sauce will thicken up more as it sits. Once refrigerated, it will need to be reheated to a pourable consistency.
