Swirled White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate melting wafers
- ½ cup dark chocolate melting wafers
- ½ tsp peppermint flavor or extract
- 4 candy canes, crushed
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the white chocolate in a large microwave-proof dish and the dark chocolate in a smaller microwave-proof glass measuring cup (easier to pour later).
- Place the dark chocolate into the microwave and cook for 30 seconds; remove and stir.
- Place the white chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds; remove and stir.
- Repeat the process in 10-second increments for the dark chocolate and 15-second increments for the white making sure to stir well each time. Be careful not to overcook the chocolate!
- Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, add the peppermint flavor to the white chocolate and stir well.
- Pour the white chocolate on the prepared baking sheet then spread it out evenly into a rectangle shape.
- Pour stripes of dark chocolate on top.
- Take a wooden skewer and drag it through the surface to make swirls.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the bark immediately.
- Place into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to harden and set.
- Cut or break into pieces. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
