My Dad’s all-time favorite appetizer, this Swiss Cheese Dip has the most unique, addictive flavor you’ll ever taste. Your guests will be begging for the recipe and you’ll almost certainly add it to your regular Holiday menu!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup sliced almonds

Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, mayo, and chopped onion. Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients together.
- Transfer this mixture to the greased baking dish. Smooth into one even layer.
- Then, sprinkle the sliced almonds on top, completely covering the cheesy mixture.
- Bake for 24 to 27 minutes, or until the almonds are lightly golden and the edges are bubbly.
- Finally, remove from the oven. Serve immediately!

- Use room temperature cream cheese. Put it on your kitchen counter about 2 hours before making this recipe.
- Mix together with an electric mixer or stand mixer. You can mix it by hand but be sure to fully incorporate the cream cheese.
- Spread the sliced almonds all over the top. You may need slightly more or less.
- Serve with brown rice crackers or bell peppers.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
